Greetings! My name is Allison (she/her) and I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, speaker, educator, certified therapeutic game master, and reiki practitioner based in Minnesota. I identify as a geeky Queer, Pagan, cis-gender woman with ADHD. I offer inclusive psychotherapy for people healing from trauma, rebuilding trust and connection, and navigating transitions.

I was drawn to this work because I know what it’s like to carry pain in silence while appearing functional, to hide your truest self behind a mask of “normal” out of fear of harm, rejection, or abandonment. I became a psychologist because I wanted to be the kind of steady presence I once needed, someone who could hold the truth without flinching, make room for what was hidden, and walk with people as they come back to themselves.

I practice from a relational, liberation-focused, and systems-informed lens. My work focuses on trauma and nervous system healing, identity development and meaning-making, and relational repair; helping people restore agency, make meaning, and build connection and belonging. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodiverse, and Pagan, Polytheist, Witchy, and spiritual folx.

Therapy with me is collaborative, real, grounded, non-pathologizing, helping you face what hurts without reducing you to just the worst things that have happened to you. This is a space for all of you to show up, including the parts that cope with memes, sarcasm, dark humor, or a well timed “what the hell.” We also use your passions, identities, fandoms, and communities as a map back home to you, encouraging us to think about healing beyond survival and symptom reduction.
